About 2019 GMC Terrain
The Black Editions are distinguished by darkened exterior treatments, adding more choices to lineups that also include color-matched, chromed and unique Denali appearances. The design advances GMC's legacy of precision craftsmanship and answers customers' calls for greater vehicle personalization.
GMC says one in five new SUV buyers spends additional money after purchase to personalize their new vehicle's appearance. Black Editions answer the specific desire for a blacked-out effect and come direct from the factory ingrained with distinct personality.
Three available turbocharged propulsion systems, including a turbo-diesel -- and two efficiency-enhancing nine-speed automatic transmissions matched with the gas engines. Stop/start technology is featured on all systems.
The 2019 GMC Terrain Denali offers unique grille, 19-inch wheels, LED headlamps with signature lighting, specific interior content and more. Standard exterior features include 17-inch aluminum wheels, LED signature lighting, tail lamps with signature lighting and active aero shutters, and available hands-free power-programmable liftgate.
The Terrain comes standard with GMC's driver-controllable Traction Select system, which has choices for different driving conditions. Elements such as the throttle responses are optimized for the selected driving mode. AWD models include a FWD mode that disconnects the AWD system to minimize drag and optimize fuel economy, while the AWD mode offers all the benefits of an active AWD system.
The Terrain Denali heightens the GMC experience throughout the new interior with a unique trim tint color and Denali-specific logos and piping on the front seats.
